Online counselling

I’m Vincent Akinnawo, an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Gillingham, Medway. Online sessions offer space to explore anxiety, relationships, grief or life changes at your pace. We can discuss whether this way of meeting is right for you.

You will need a reliable internet connection and somewhere private where you can speak without interruption. Before we start, we will agree how to connect, discuss confidentiality and its limits, and decide what to do if the connection drops.
